Tekton Exteriors is a full-service Houston exterior remodeling contractor. We replace and repair roofs, install siding, windows and doors, and handle the gutters, skylights and storm repairs that keep a home sound in Gulf Coast weather. The company is led by owner Connor Hegwood, and our team brings more than 20 years of experience in exterior construction to homes and businesses across the greater Houston area.
We started from a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who builds things properly, explains what they are doing in plain language, and stays accountable after the crew packs up. Everything about how we run projects follows from that, from the way we write estimates to the way we leave a jobsite at the end of each day.
How a Project With Us Works
Most projects begin with a visit to the property. We look at the roof, walls, windows and drainage, listen to what is bothering you, and take measurements and photos. You then receive a written estimate that lists the materials, the scope and any conditional items, such as replacing damaged roof decking or rotted trim, so you know how those situations will be handled before work begins. Once you approve, we schedule the crew, order materials, and keep you posted on timing. When the work is complete, we clean up and walk the finished project with you so you can ask questions and see the details for yourself.

Living on the Gulf Coast means planning for hail, high winds and hurricane season from June through November. When a storm damages your home, we inspect it, document what we find with photos and a written scope, and can be on site when your adjuster visits.
