3. Service Agreements & Contracts
All work performed by Tekton Exteriors will be governed by a written service agreement or contract.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Warranty Conditions:

7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, customers have certain responsibilities:
- Property Access: Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas
- Permits: Assist with obtaining necessary permits when required
- Utilities: Ensure utility lines are properly marked before excavation
- Personal Property: Remove or protect valuable items in work areas
- Communication: Respond promptly to requests for decisions or approvals

Failure to meet customer responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or contract termination. Safety requirements must be followed at all times.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy balances flexibility with business requirements.
- Before Work Begins: Cancellation allowed with 48-hour notice
- After Materials Ordered: Customer responsible for non-returnable materials
- Work in Progress: Customer pays for work completed plus materials
- Emergency Services: No cancellation once crew is dispatched
Refund Policy:
- Deposits are refundable before work begins (minus material costs)
- No refunds for completed work or custom-ordered materials
- Refunds processed within 10-15 business days
- Insurance claim cancellations follow insurance company policies
